Wlad isn't a fraction of the fighter his brother is.

That is not correct in my opinion.

Vitali's biggest wins are Kirk Johnson, Corrie Sanders, and Danny Williams.

Oh and keep in mind the win over Sanders was validated simply because Wlad lost to him.

Wlad has arguably one of the best resumes in the division right now as far as wins. He beat names, that were at the time capable of beating anyone around.

Mcline was hyped up yes....with his 1 punch K.O. over Michael Grant, but Wlad ended all that hype by knocking his ass out.

He demolished Barrett and Byrd. He knocked Axel Schulz out, and it was basically the same Shultz that was robbed against the rejuvinated Foreman.

Ray Mercer re-established himself as a potential threat with the right hand....and was always dangerous because he made for a good fight. He had never been down as a pro...and Wlad knocked him down 2 times..then finished him. Sure he was old....but he was dangerous.

Derrick Jefferson was a threat with the left hook...as big an idiot as he was either way...he got his ass KTFO.

Vitali generally fights rodeo clowns..I don't think you can compare the two.

Wlad is also an Olympic Gold Medalist.

i personally think that wlad is the better boxer of the two, but the fact that you can hit vitali with a kitchen sink and not even wobble him vs a stiff breeze knocking wlad out cold makes wlad the more vulnerable fighter.

corrie sanders definitely has some sneaky power in those left hands, but wlad hit the deck against williamson, who i never thought of as a remarkable power puncher.

Williamson is a huge puncher. His right hand is very powerful.

He is generally regarded among other fighters as being one of the hardest hitters in the division. Hence his nickname.

I still say that knockdown vs. Williamson was nonsense. He was out against Sanders and down against Brewster but that knock down against Williamson was a joke.

It still counts as a knockdown, and the ref called him down, but he was clearly just off balance. It happens all the time. I'm sick of people acting like he was knocked unconcious and giving Williamson full knockdown credit.
