PFP Rigo clearly has more power than Floyd, but Floyd's offense is more dynamic.

Rigo boxing skill is far and beyond Floyd's. He makes Floyd look amateurish.

Rigondeaux has undoubtedly better footwork than Floyd and I think better defence too. The little guys he is fighting are much faster than Welterweights and yet he is statistically, the hardest guy to hit in the sport.
The problem is we will never know how good he could have been. Right now we are seeing a shell of the 2-time gold medalist. Imagine if he was able to successfully defect in 2004 immediately after winning his second gold medal. It's basically a waste of 5 years of his prime.

He would be a 10 year pro, he would have been 24 years old when he turned pro and he would be much more seasoned. He probably would have started at 118 or below and would be on his 2nd or 3rd weight division right now.

Rigo is not by the book, are you crazy? By the book would be Ricardo Lopez.

Rigo is a unique talent that does things in a way that nobody else has ever been able to do them.

Rigodeaux got knocked on his ass and caught by punches that were blatantly ****** to get caught by. He can't fight inside and his clinch game is weak.
Rigondeaux has better defensive statistics than Floyd does.

                  What does that mean?

Rigondeaux's had like 13 fights and the majority of which were against bums.

A guy with 10 fights is better than Floyd and would beat him. Only on NSB.

                    Embarrassing thread.

I will take the guy who is 45-0 and never been knocked down in his career, over a guy with only twelve fight who has been knocked down and hurt quite a few times, even though he is an amazing master boxer.
