Wlad's best wins are Haye and Povetkin. Haye's best wins are Ruiz and Valuev, and has had more cancelled fights than actual fights. Povetkin went life and death with Huck, a limited CW.

George forman??? He was meant to be a monster but in reality was the same height and weight as Haye was.
Wlad is simply the best heavyweight ever from a stylistic point of view. he has boxing on lock down. He has mastered it to the point of footwork, distance and punch accuracy.
iTS A PLEASURE TO WATCH HIM FIGHT.

Floyd Patterson
Kenny Norton
Joe Frazier
Bob Foster
George Foreman
Archie Moore (extremely aged)
Larry Holmes (past his prime)
Ali's defeated multiple Hall of Famers on top of worthy contenders, it's not a comparison.

The only fighter you list I would consider A level is Larry Holmes.

Wlad is the modern Joe Louis of boxing and possibly can be considered the greatest boxer of all time, I now demand the P4P ranking to be re-altered and for Wladimir to be the number one P4P fighter... thank you.

Joe Frazier would probably get brutalized in 3 rounds by Mike Tyson aswell, he's been knocked about by small non-punching heavyweights before and his best win is beating a Muhammad Ali after a long spell of inactivity.
Sports evolve not devolve sooner people accept that and stop holding onto that nostalgia boner the better...
Do you really think Muhammad Ali would be able to rope-a-dope against either Wlad or Vitali?
NO... they wouldn't tire, prime for prime these two heavyweights are arguably the most tactically sound heavyweights we have ever seen to grace the division.
Tactically inept would be allowing your opponent to punch your face for several rounds in hope they tire...

says a lot for him to dominate HW with a found out glass jaw
Steward got him ground into a style that makes him invulnerable
nobody can get to him with heavy punches, so they have no chance
Wlad's too tall, long in reach, and skilled to be outboxed at HW
add in 1 punch power in both hands and you've got a beast
people whined for a couple yrs post Lewis they needed a real HW champ
the one we have hasn't and won't go anywhere until he's simply too old
