that is how every boxer should be behaving. It's like people have forgotten that boxing is a sport.

It's normal at the stage of his career.

His attitude is nice and all, but at the end of the day he's fighting what he's fighting. Check last nights fight and listen to people boooing. His fight against Diego Chaves was ten times better than that junk, and youre supposed to get into better, more difficult fights, not easier ones as time goes by.
They are spoon feeding the guy trying to build him up.

Frankly, I'm starting to find his attitude a bit annoying. All this "we bringing it home baby" damn its annoying.

Probably because it's fake. I would bet that GBP has got in his ear to be more vocal and that's all he can come up with because he's naturally a humble guy.

It's a joke, but it falls on GBP, not Thurman. They're obviously keeping Thurman away from their hype jobs until Thurman starts pulling some numbers, then they'll put more support behind him in 2015.

Nah, Thurman's legit, he doesn't gaf. He has a Froch outlook.

If he's willing to take on Porter, Mayweather, Pacquiao, Maidana etc then I don't see him backing down from any other WW.

GBP is doing a great job building him up. Sad thing is I don't think he will be ready for Floyd before he retires at this rate. Because he's not going to get a meaniful fight until Showtime proves their ready to invest in him.

Showtime is going to have to pony up enough scratch so that he's worth the risk to top contenders. Diaz was in there for a paycheck. Not saying he took a dive but he's no where near elite. But anyways once Showtime starts putting up big money Thurman won't have any trouble landing fights.
