The people saying boxing comes before health and money i can guarantee you have never stepped in a ring int heir life period....when you go to work is it for the customers or for a paycheck? I have boxed and been in plenty of fights and i will tell you this damn right id wanna get paid and health comes 1st..who in the **** wants to get hit in the head and not get paid the most they can be paid for it?? the fan?? where are they when you are drooling or crippled??? how many of you have written Paul Williams lately?

Health and money are two different things. Often times, the more the money, the higher the risk to health.

It should be health over everything. But there is a point where you question why this person chose this sport as their profession when they are looking for the healthiest possible lifestyle.

With that said, I have no problem with people like Gary Russell who look at boxing as their 9-5. Just don't expect me to ever buy your PPV with money I'm making from my 9-5.
