different strokes for different folks. the cases r different. u cant compare cases. thats like me comparing the manson murders and oj simpson murders. jus cause they did the same act doesnt mean i can compare them.

There can be no doubt that the man was found by his peers guilty of ****. However it is quite naive to think that people did not want him to be railroaded into prison and that his defense team was poor, he had a tax attorney represent him. It wouldn't surprise me if Tyson actually did **** her, it also wouldn't surprise me if he didn't and she consented and then becasue she is a gold digger she changed her story.

The fact that Mike maintains his innocence to this day and a letter he wrote to Jim Gray while in prison in which he said "I'm not gonna admit to somehting I didn't do, but becasue of other bad things I did in my life, I feel I'm in the right place." Tells me that deep down Mike is not a bad human being, he is just surronded by bad people and grew up in a wretcehd environment.

Like I said this is a thread about a recent good deed the man has done, not an act he committed 15 years ago.

He has flaws, but who doesn't?

Great point, MANY innocent people are put in jail for doing nothing wrong.

That would be because there are a surprisingly large amount of pessimists on the internet. Not sure why.

MIKE TYSON has won the hearts of sports fans in Doncaster after promising to donate £10,000 to the family of rugby coach St John Ellis, who died recently, leaving a wife and two young daughters.

Tyson, 39, who has close friends in the town, has agreed to return for a fund-raising dinner. And he has vowed £10,000 will go to the family.
Regardless of his motivation, if this is true than it's a nice thing to do and I congratulate him on a kind deed.
