Floyd will go down in history as someone who didn't do all he could do, and unfulfilled potential hardly fighting when he was at his peak. He is a man who could have done more that is what he is known for, so why try to start a thread trying to use reverse phycology into making Floyd as having done something remarkable when he hasn't.
Its exactly the reason he has underachieved and not done much that has resulted in him not touching the canvas much.
So don't try turning a negative into a positive. What next you'll be saying how great FLoyd is as he is unbeaten for 20 years as a pro? Yes, again because he hardly fights and has only had 46 fights.
It boils down to this. Being unbeaten in 46 fights is not special.

That's a knockdown according to the rules. Learn boxing. Red k given. Reason-lack of knowledge

But even if he fought 45 stiffs that's still amazing. That's like a qb never getting sacked that's like goal keeper never giving up a goal like a basketball player never missing a free throw. In the history of boxing how many ppl never touched the canvas that in it's self is amazing. Stop being so blinded by being a bithc.

              ALL FACTS.
This in his prime past his prime **** only work with Floyd. If you are boxing at a professional level. A win is a win and a lost is a lost. I don't see anyone taking anything away from Larry Holmes for beating Ali. Fighters fight period. He's has beat all the guys put in front of him period.

Floyd is far from remarkable. Every great defensive fighter in history will not have gone down much. But no one has been as cautious as Floyd, and not fought much and cherry picked as much.

Chino Maidana could be a hall-of-famer because of his resume and wins.
