I started off a promoter I got paid to get girls to come to the club. When I started for every 25 girls you got a 200 dollar bonus that night. Eventually I learned that money was in hosting. As for charisma I feel have some. But it's several ways to do. No one promote or host the same. I knew ppl who have zero charisma but are great business man and can sell bottles service. Just bc they are knowledgeable in the art of the sell. So if you came out and brought a table. Depending on how much money you spend. Is where you table will be located in the club. 5-10k is usually starting price for dance floor of the main room. 2500-5k is like intermediate it's not the best but not the worst. 1200-2500 is getting a table at the cheapest price possible. These are summer time prices busy seasons. In the winter you can get a dance floor table for 3-5k and a table as cheap as 600 bucks. If I sold you a table I would meet you at the club. Walk you in. At a price we agreed on for the table and what the tip would be if that was apart of the agreement. The remaining of the night. I or another host would make sure your having fun. If it's a group of guys who want girls at the table. We would find a group of hot girls who are good looking that most likely came on the guestlist and got in for free. It works bc guys come out to Vegas and party with girls they couldn't get in high school. These girls are usually cheap or just don't have the money to afford a table. So it's a win win. But if the girls are bottle **** or don't mesh with the guys at that table. Those girls get kicked off and a new group would be invited over. That's why in Vegas a good club want a 3 to 1 girl guy ratio. Honestly anyone could get a job in the nightlife industry. But if you don't work hard the pay is horrible as low as 200 a week. But then again is know some guys who make 10k a week. So it all depends on you and your network.
