But I guess a guy who drew (arguably lost) against Diaz is ok because he beat a guy who Khan dismantled 4 years ago?

Anyway...I don't see Porter as being a big enough name yet to put him on PPV alongside Mayweather.
Timing is everything. For example, if Khan had beat Barrera 5 years earlier than he did, people would still remember it.

He avenged that performance. Regardless people's compliant with Khan was "what have you done for me lately?"

If he beat Alexander (which Porter did) EVERYBODY would have approved of Floyd vs. Khan.

Floyd is not fighting that monster, Porter doesn't let you tie him up he bursts out like a maniac and attacks. Floyd likes guys who let him grab one arm when he gets in close, similar to B hop.

Floyd has two more fights the next will be the winner of Khan Collazo, and than Danny slow motion Garcia when he comes up to 147.

If he fights aggressive pressure fighter like Porter I will be shocked, I doubt he fights Thurman either.

Plus about the belt, that is only a tool to get the fight I don't know that Floyd cares about actually acquiring it. If this option is available to him and he has to choose he is obviously dropping the belt for a lottery ticket.

Floyd vs a poor man's Timothy Bradley. I hope it happens next year when Porter get one or two more solid wins on his resume against guys like Keith Thurman and Lamont Peterson.

Fight Thurman first. Winner of that fight should get a shot at may.

Let Porter beat Kell Brook first, itd make it way more enticing imo.

Porter should fight Thurman and the winner gets Floyd next year.
Floyd should fight Lara if he beats Canelo or Martinez at 154 if he beats Cotto.
Porter has 2 wins against pillow punchers at WW. He comes diving in and tries bullying guys. What happens when a guy who can crack hits him coming in? Thurman would test him, Maidana,Matthysee, etc....

Oh ok well that is interesting.

I struggle to keep up with this rules.

Well that's just made Mayweather-Porter very possible for September then in that case.
