You really have no grasp of the sport if you think so - both had titles that were gifts from Campillo, but I think you're smarter than that and will admit Hopkins fought them for the opportunity to grab their belts. Dawson had been calling Hopkins out and it wasn't until after he looked fragile against Pascal did Hopkins fight him, and by the way, who did Hopkins jump to take the belt from after Dawson got beat? None other than Pascal. Why didn't Hopkins face Dawson for the belt when Chad was calling him out before that? Because he knew the style was bad for him, only after Chad looked fragile did Hopkins take the fight.

It wasn't opportunistic as Shumenov was the only title holder to Hopkins at the time. Stevenson just recently jumped ship to Showtime. If Bhop didn't unify against Shumenov, who were his options? Exactly. Quit your hatin, show respect. Hopkins fights everyone.

If the Stevenson fights happens then I will bring this thread back up. According to you there were 3 other champions going into tonight's fight.....now there are only 2 other champions. Let's see what you have to say when there is only one other champion that B-Hop hasn't fought.
