Maidana will catch him at some point I agree with that. Being that Mayweather is a thinking fighter, his father trains to use defense to create offensive opportunities. The world knows what Maidana did to Broner. With that being said, I expect Floyd to keep his hands high and protect his ribs and roll to soften the blows on the side of the head. He will stay away from the ropes and pepper him with shots, attack the body more this fight than he has in any other fight. If Canelo could not touch Mayweather, then, I do not expect Maidana to but this is boxing so anything can happen. I just wouldn't bet on it. If Mayweather gets through the first four rounds then by the tenth, Maidana will be open to constant combinations until his corner saves him.
