I was impressed with Angulo taking Lara's hard shots. Lara was much more impressive against Trout imo.

I hope Lara learned from the Angulo fight. IMO I think Angulo cuts the ring off better than Canelo which is what gave Lara problems.

I don't think Canelo will be able to swarm Lara for most of the fight like Angulo did

Lara made it easier on Angulo though. He would simply put his guard up when he was against the ropes and Angulo would unload his body attack at will, Lara would land a massive left move around a bit and the process would repeat itself. That body attack could've been the reason he was caught with his hands down with that Angulo left hook so often.

What I'm saying is Lara will expose the joke , who Canelo certainly is . If I didn't write it we'll was cause I did it in a hurry .
The point is : Canelo is a big joke ; Lara will
          Schooled him .
Hope you are smarter now .

You know that ducknaire ducked rigondeaux " hit and not get hit " for a long period of time until hbo forced him to take the fight ; ducknaire made plenty of excuses and you know that .
As long as there is a Cuban boxer teaching all these jokes such as ducknaire and Canelo , I will keep posting . Q bola ?

Lara was given a rehydration limit and forced to fight in a small ring against Angulo, and he still stopped him.

On paper one would think Lara would absolutely school Angulo with his eyes closed, this is a guy who was outboxed by Kermit freakin' Cintron, sodomized by caveman Kirkland, and just got obliterated by Canelo. How did this guy manage to go life and death with Lara and almost have him out? I need to watch the fight again, maybe Lara didn't take him seriously or fought with a dumb gameplan, IDK, but it's pretty odd. Lara has schooled much better fighters (Williams and Trout) that it baffles me how his fight with Angulo went. Now, I know Canelo and Angulo fight noting alike because Canelo doesn't put that kind of pressure, but Canelo is faster, stronger and more accurate. The key there is power, which is what obviously troubled Lara in the Angulo fight but I'm still thinking that Lara's great boxing skills and power of his own will override what Alvarez will bring.
He did some ****** **** against Angulo. The first knockdown he backed straight up and got caught coming out. The second knockdown he circled right into Angulo's left hook.

Regardless he was still well in control of the rounds where he stayed on his feet and was winning on 2 of the judges scorecards even with the 2 KDs.

Wait, is this true? If it is Lara was set up for failure and he still KO'ed him. Much respect.
