Not really, but it's a PPV in Australia. The undercard is decent.

So Mayweather-Maidana is definitely PPV worthy. It has the biggest attraction in the sport, plus two additional high profile fighters on the card.

If it isn't PPV worthy, then PPV needs reconstruction to only include top top top fights.

But that's never going to happen, so there..

Floyd's fans are trying to make Maidana out to be a better opponent than he actually is.

It will be an easy fight for Floyd. Even Amir Khan beat Maidana, in fact almost stopped him in round one.

Floyd could knock Maidana out, but he won't. He'll play it safe and go for another dull decision win.

That's exactly what you have done with Wach, Leapai, Pianeta, Mormeck - even Charr for Vitali.

None of those guys come close to even having 1/100th of the credentials Maidana has.

Hold up. Manuel Charr had numerous WBC straps and was undefeated. He deserved it. Haye could of have taken the fight, but he priced himself out of the running/wanted to wait until Vitali was shot.

Floyd's well passed his best, when's the last time he fought a fighter who will force the fight for 12 full rounds with one punch power in both hands?

Maidana is legit, tough as nails, will have 10+ lbs on Floyd, power, chin, relentless.

I think it's a mismatch, and the undercard isn't very good either.

Is it wise to pay all that money for non-competitive mismatches?

Should be Khan-Broner instead of each fighting a fringe contender in a mismatch.
