  • What happened to Pacquiao??!!!

Pacquiao clearly beat Bradley in both of the fights, but he didn't look like the Pacquiao we know in the last fight. He was hesitant to engage especially after Bradley hurt him in the 3 Rd, he missed with quite a lot of shots even when Bradley had his hands down and was tagged quite easily. I do think the Marquez KO is still in the back of his head and that can be deadly if he faces Marquez next. What do you guys think? Did you pick up these signs as well?

If he fights Marquez next it could be bad for him he would have to play it very safe. But Marquez will draw him into another war. But it's still a 50-50 fight but I don't think Marquez will want it due to how the last fight ended if he were to lose the 5th one his greatest punch may fade into oblivion

KO does affect you and the JMM one was quite bad, At the end of the day we all grow older everyday and things we use to do in our prime gets a bit more difficult, Pac for me has lost a lot of step but saying that he was still able to beat Bradley. If i was him i would have one more fight in the phillipines and then call it a day.

Well he's been professional for like 20 years now, been in war after war and was knocked out 2 fights ago.

So I don't think it's too shocking that's he's not the monster he was in his prime.

Age. Been in a billion wars. A trek through weight class after weight class. And of course, the JMM KO.

Dude has been through a lot to say the least.

Wtf...Manny isn't superman...he's a human being just like the rest of us. Manny has been through wars and his style doesn't help him any. Just look at Erik Morales, they are about the same age and he looks worse.

PAC has not been the same since the Margarito fight late Nov/Dec 2010. Anyone who has followed PAC's career since 2001 will notice this.

PAC has lost a bit of speed, reflexes/reaction time, and his workrate has gone done a bit. His aggressiveness has gone down a bit too (I attribute that to very slight decreases in testosterone). Testosterone peaks in your early 20s and is high up to your late 20s, early 30s, ..then it slowly decreases. Testosterone is linked to aggressiveness. That said, as a professional boxer, Manny's testosterone levels are still probably very high.

PAC has still world class abilities and skill. It's only natural that he lost a bit in some of these areas.

He's 35 and has obviously declined. It wasn't surprising to see him more tentative and more cautious after he got brutally knocked out.

But even with all the deficiencies he has now past his prime he showed he can still be competitive. The only fight that he would probably be outclassed would be against Mayweather but even then he would still have a chance to win even though it might be less than 10%
