Shane Mosely

Fighters (at the time Floyd fought them) relatively equally good as Tim Bradley:
Saul Alvarez
Jose Luis Castillo
Diego Corrales
Chicanito Hernandez

Hell, Alvarez could end up being better than Bradley and some could say JLC is better than Bradley as well.

I actually agree with you that he wasn't the best at 154 then. However, I don't think anyone you listed outside of Spinks was better then him. That is where my hang up is, that and you listed Winky as a better guy at 154 when he wasn't competing in the division at that time.
