And the MGM are promoting a fight that is a month away where one of the participants is a 12/1 shot in what is expected to be a one sided contest.

Isn't it on him as the promoter to provide them the banners and whatnot? If he cheaped out and didn't have the necessary promotional stuff made, it isn't the MGM Grand's fault.

The MGM is just showing favoritism to the fight that is pretty much sold out, as opposed to the fight that still has tickets available 3 days from the event.
