Yea lets completely be dismissive of the headshots Angulo took in the Lara fight while also forgetting that Angulo drained himself to make 154 while Canelo just said **** it. Canelo was healthy, Angulo was not. Keep telling yourself Canelo took his soul.

Canelos punching power is overrated.

Trout gave Canelo all he could handle, Trout is a poor mans Lara. Not to mention opening scoring absolutely took away everything from that fight. Take away Canelos knock down, and that fight should have been a draw.

Lara and Trout are much more similar than Canelo and Perro.

Also do we need to bring in Canelos stamina issues?

A realistic analysis would be- Canelo comes out aggressive and Lara tries to gain respect by getting in some exchanges and ends up realizing canelo is no joke. So then he gets on his bike and canelo uses good head movement while cutting off the ring and hits the lara with cold body shots early in the fight. both fighters will have their moments and I can see Lara touching the canvas at least once. Lara will land his straight left and Canelo will Land his left hooks to the body and head. I can see a late stoppage but I wouldn't bet on it but either way canelo UD

Trout was just coming off the biggest win of his life, beating cotto and being an undefeated champ. Meanwhile, lara fights angulo whos lost many times and hasn't really had any memorable performaces other than kirkland and he got stopped that fight. lol just say you hate canelo bro it will make things a lot easier

Canelo fought Angulo after Landy broke his face so what does that mean?

You misunderstood: Angulo picked the size of ring, the rehydration clause, didn't comply while Lara did and he still got his face broken.

Canelo had every advantage in the Trout fight with BS open scoring and barely squeaked a decision. Also with the weight issue in the Angulo fight, the day before the fight "I can't make way btw doe"

I think the best thing that happened to Canelo was his fight with floyd. It really opened his eyes to his style. He looked better in his next fight and will look even better in the next. He's diversified his style.

He learns quick, is young, solid, determined, focused and hits very hard. I got him taking Lara out in later rounds. Fairly tough fight, but Canelo takes it. I think he might even have figured out how not to gas out and carry his endurance to later rounds.
