Have to agree. He'll probably try to overwhelm Lara and catch some hard counters. That'll slow the pace down, which is much more Landy's style. Nonetheless, I'm not feeling confident in the outcome at all. Tough fight to call.

BTW, nice bike. Just get it? I'm in the market for a used Harley myself.
I sold my 600 to buy this one, it's a 1000. Just got it about 2 weeks ago but plate got stolen. So I have to wait till I get to florida (in a week and a half) to ride it again. Bastards.

I'mma get me a Harley for church days.

Bring up the Trout fight and the open scoring fiasco, but that had more to do with the WBC than anything. The fight was competitive while Canelo did more than enough to deserve a win. Let's not forget C.J. Ross was the judge who awarded Canelo a bs draw while the other two had Mayweather comfortably winning. She's the same judge who had Bradley beating Pacquiao the first fight which shows how competent she is as a judge. As long as she's not a judge there should be no issue there.

In all likelihood this is going to be a competitive fight but reading all these comments it's obvious that anything close must go in Lara's favor otherwise we'll hear the robbery cries.
^^^^THISS X1000 if it is a close fight and lara gets knocked down they still will cry robbery like the trout fight lol

Its hard to say, one would assume that the slow footed Canelo who gases should be picked apart by Lara but on the other hand Lara struggled and got caught by angulo.

Its almost a 50/50 fight imo.

Lara would have to drop Canelo 4-6 times in the fight in order to win the decision. I think it will be a close fight or closer than Mayweather-Canelo was, and Canelo will get the win.

People sure don't like the ginger. Sad, the kid is good, you guys just have some biased reason to hate him. He is going to hurt Lara to the body and fold him up. Lara will land some shots but Canelo will surprise people by his ability to trap the "slick" fighter along the ropes and unleash painful combinations on him. Lara gets dropped two times before the stoppage in the 9th.

You forgot to post the highlights of Lara's loss to Molina. Or his draw to Martiroysan. Anybody can look good fighting tomato cans and washed up vets. Here's canelo doing the same:

Alfredo Angulo = ATG pressure fighter (and master of cutting off the ring) vs. Lara. Against Canelo, Angulo = ATG punching bag.

Fight was fixed doe. Angulo didn't have it anymore doe.

I understand you guys being supportive of Erislandy Lara. Yes the kid is good , but saying he wins this fight easy is just plain ******. Both guys have a tough task ahead. Personally i give the edge to Canelo , given he is actually more experienced but the fight can go either way , this should be a good one!
