It's hard to believe that Canelo has a 3 inch reach advantage over Lara, whether or not he can use it to his advantage remains to be seen. They both share common opponents in Trout and Angulo, difference being that Lara inflicted more damage in his fights than Canelo did.

Lara arguably fought the tougher Angulo and apart from the two knockdowns he still managed to box his ears off to a controversial TKO win. Trout was taking Canelo to school up until the knockdown but was completely shutout by Lara. With that being said, I'm going with the upset.

Win or Lose, props to canelo, he deserves a lot of respect for taking this fight. I personally think it will be a close fight but canelo will probably get awarded the decision. I mean for Lara to win, he has to completely dominate canelo and I don't think he can do this.

I very much doubt Lara is going to box Canelos ears off.

I'm not arguing that Cuban fighters are bad for the sport. Although I wish they'd understand that professional fighters need to take a little more risk, and entertain rather than have a win at all cost, even if it's tedious mentality.

If that's their style then fine, just don't be angry when people turn their televisions off.

There was nothing controversial about Lara's win. Angulo turned his back after getting clocked on his face.
