I just wanna say I hope this is not like the Trout fight,I hope Lara's people are smarter then open scoring and fighting in Texas..I had no issue with Alvarez winning the fight against Trout(I scored the fight a draw tbh),but it was obvious that Trout lost that fight time he step in the ring..I hope for a fair fight in this one..

Regardless of the venue, the judging is going to be an issue obviously. I don't see Lara getting a decision unless he really dominates, and even that's not a guarantee.

Canelo ruined his career by fighting Floyd too early.

So... Canelo approaches Kirkland when he's hurt. He approaches Ortiz while he still has a fight in front of him (Lopez). He approaches Cotto while in negotiations with Martinez. Now he approaches Lara knowing he has a fight like a month and a half prior to the July date.

Canelo won that fight,it was close but he won, cant always win by large margins, so every fighter who wins close fights is bad? just to say that the fight is 50-50 that is good enough for me...
to be honest , canelo could be making this fight in texas if they wanted to take advantage, but they will fight in vegas and lara will be pulled out of the ishe smith fight, that unless haymon says something else, also weigth shouldnt be a problem since they offered lara a contracted weight of 154lb, and im sure there will be fees otherwise, they could have offered lara a catchweight fight but they didnt, so lets just hope we can enjoy a great fight...

That's why Im happy with the fight terms and be sure that if Canelo wins in fair terms Ill be the first to congratulate his fans and you. Canelo has a lot of talent so he don't need to use any of his promoters tricks to get advantage because Im sure he has a lot of chances to win by himself. I admit Im excited with this fight and was a happy surprise yesterday when was announced. I hope LAra accept it soon and start working for this goal

Yesterday I was complaining about this short rest time for Lara but someone found another news saying Golden Boy will help Lara to withdraw from this Ishe fight. For me with those terms is fair enough and now let the best win. For me the fight is close between two good opponents so in case Canelo win we Lara fans should congratulate him. Is up to Lara now everything because he is having his fair opportunity we Lara fans were asking
