It would be easier to name fighters WARdana hasn't ruined, than those that has.

Maidana ruined him, Berto took everything else left he had in him and Floyd finished him with one of the cheapest sucker punches I personally have ever witnessed second to the scumbag who decked dude after the fight and is in prison for killing Max K's brother.

I think he ruined his confidence for sure. Ortiz had the same problem Berto had, he got to a certain level and stopped trying to get better, and IMO if your not getting better, your getting worse, because as yur career goes on, you get exposed.

Ortiz's problem is heart and has been before Maidana. Maidana just exposed it on a World championship level.

Robert Garcia laid him out in an interview. Have a read as its quite in depth.

Robert Garcia believes that Victor Ortiz, a fighter he used to train, mentally unraveled in his fight with Floyd Mayweather last Saturday, exhibiting “mental weakness” that he displayed in the amateurs and early in his professional career. Garcia also believes that Ortiz was happy when the fight was over, as evidenced by a smiling Ortiz, after he got sucker punched legally by Mayweather at the end of the fourth round.
