It's easy to underestimate Leapai because he's never fought for a world title and isn't a big name.

He was only a part-time boxer and Boytsov couldn't hurt him. He's been training full time since then and is much better conditioned at this point.

Many fighters are at their most dangerous when they first fight for a world title. For example, Sam Peter's first fight against Wladimir.

Alex is in the best shape of his life.. Wladimir can't afford to make any mistakes.

      - Leapai has everything to gain and nothing to lose, he's highly motivated

      - Wladimir looked older in his two fights in 2013, and he's 38 now
I agree with you on the firs two points but Wladimir didn't seem older in his last two fights in my opinion. Pianeta is simply slow so Wladimir didn't have to stay quite alert. Povetkin is simply put a "stylistical" nightmare for Klitschko.

Anyway we'll discover it on fight night.

He's ****. No stamina, no head movement, no strategy. Total caveman, and he's going to get slaughtered.

Unfortunately, i'm almost 100% sure the fight will go at least 3 or 4 rounds, because Wlad basically fights by starting slow these days, in order to give the fans some value for money...he's not one of them to just get the guy out of there as early as possible.

            That wasn't a title fight.

You're right, it wasn't a world title, but was Peter's biggest fight at the time. He had more confidence in the first confrontation with Wladimir. Later, against Vitali and the rematch with Wlad, Peter lost some of his mental edge, his willpower.

It seems a mismatch like this one, but Floyd isn't getting any younger either.
I never made a ridiculous post like yours dude. floyd is 12-1. wlad is like 20-1. He also knows dude from sparring.

Shannon Briggs paid for a plane ticket to yell at Wlad and Leapai's presser? LMAO

Briggs went Mr. T on him

"I ain't going nowhere. Hey why don't you tell all these nice folks why you've been ducking me? Politics man! This country wants to keep me down."
