C'mon man, just give it up. Floyd admits that he is a coward & scared. So why don't you?

You mean Carlos Baldomir, the lineal welter champ at the time? He had just beaten Zab and destroyed Gatti in Atlantic City. Floyd schooled him and became THE champ @47. Pac, on the other hand looked like garbage against Mosley, beat JMM in the "Robbery of the Year", gave the Bradley fight away, got put to sleep by Marquez and sold less than 500k PPV buys against a hand-picked punching bag, who he couldn't even stop. Yeah, Manny really deserves a Mayweather payday.

Then again, the fight would've happened in 2010, if Pac could've gotten over his fear of needles. Which he would miraculously do, 4 years later vs the great Brandon Rios.

OMG! You are still blinded by the truth and refuse to accept the fact. Your idol openly admitted that he is a coward & scared to Pacman. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9V1wkNKxGs. Give it up man, you deserved to be treated fairly by your idol... Peace!

To be honest, it was not the fear of needles that forced him to decline the blood test without 30-days cut-off. It was Uncle Bob I think that said that. It was not Roach also because he said two to three weeks before the first nego that they (Pac's camp) have no problem with any kind of blood testing ( If they are to be believed). From Pac's mouth himself, the reason was that he had a dream that taking blood from him will weaken him. In fact, this was the reason, aside from the cheap socks, he gave why he lost to Morales in their first fight.

Who did Marquez beat at WW? Who did Bradley beat at WW (before Manny)? Who did Rios beat at WW? How many fights did Rios, Bradley, and Marquez win @ WW before fighting the so-called best WW in the world?
