He will be squared up as usual and look to land the left hook as Johnson comes forward. If it misses or Johnson takes it Stevens will get beaten up from then on.
Johnson will get in his grill and take lumps out of Stevens as he does nothing as per usual but stand like a squared up dummy with a high guard.
Well, If I remember right, Findley tried to stuff him and Golovkin... well he suffocates you with his ring cut-offs.

I'm coming around to what you think..... but Tureano has to handle what Stevens throws. While I think he has a big left hook... at MW, I think he's a bit heavy handed. Findley is a freaking brick house and absorbs anything.

If Tureano does that, he'll at least take away his left hook at it's best.

      Hey... we'll see

think he said he doesn't think Stevens is a big puncher and he could take his power.

Better test the waters first before rushing in.

Don't know....he's signed with some promoter down in Miami.... maybe..... a rift?
I haven't seen too much but its more about what Stevens doesn't do than what Johnson does do

I don't, I think he is a good puncher who throws a fast, compact left hook but I don't think he is a massive puncher by any means. Lot of highlight reel K.Os against guys who haven't any punch resistance at all.
This guy is from the Bahama's hes bound to have a granite chin
IDK what it is but these caribbean fighters always seem to have a great set of whiskers.

I am not sure when Kanat last fought, I am a bit out of the loop with him. I will have to look and get updated. He is one too watch out for.

              LOL.

I honestly don't know much about Johnson but Stevens is proven. I think Johnson is too green and everything that Johnson appears to be, Stevens is and is backed up by performances at a respectable level. Jas made a good point when he said most of the fighters that make up his record have losing records.

Last outing was in December, the 16th.

Me personally, I think he's a big puncher at 160.

We'll see. I'll agree that if he takes the counter left by trying to smother, he could have some success as watching the Findley fight ( just bits) he was bothered by the amount of room he got.

Findley was able to take everything Stevens threw and respond.... Findley is a freak.

Tureano... just a question mark for me.

You never know... unknowns can show up sometimes. I'm pretty sure everyone here thought Chambers would be better at CW, but Mnchunu showed up

He has but so has Stevens He has just fought named bums.
Every guy Stevens has stopped have also been stopped every single time they've fought anyone with a bit of class or pop.
That Willie Fortune prospect Johnson beat in his last fight is no worse than these cans he has beaten.
That Mexican 154lb fighter & Ma***ski, they might have two of the worst chins in boxing.

GGG sometimes takes rounds off, I think he took a few off against that Ghanaian guy actually.

He might land his left hook (if it happens I expect it'll be the first round) but 9/10 times I think Johnson beats him up.

Ah he is just rubbish the story of this guys career is going into survival mode against GGG its flattered him. Contrary to belief he lasted longer than expected but he had no real success. He landed like four shots in one round and got the hell beaten out of him for the remainder. He could not amount an offense or do anything. He showed heart, I give him that.

I see what Dan's trying to say, but I'm leaning with Stevens due to uncertainty.
