I've said he's not a smart fighter, I don't consider him a smart fighter. But he's sure as hell not a dumb fighter.

There's more than just the two ends of the spectrum.

Not sure how to rank a guys IQ but he definitely has ring smarts. He doesn't go into the ring with his physical tools only, I've not once said that. Just because I've said he hasn't got to where he has due to ring smarts doesn't mean I'm saying he doesn't have any at all.

Just because a guy isn't really overly smart in the ring doesn't make them "dumb" . Like I said there isn't just the two ends of the spectrum.

Pacquaio might make some silly mistakes at times, and in fights he often makes the same mistakes multiple times but he's still not dumb or mindless in there.

Mike Tyson for example, I wouldn't consider him a smart fighter. Is he a dumb fighter? No, obviously not.

A lot of those posts being quoted are in response to saying Pacquaio is a very smart fighter with very high Ring IQ. I disagree with that but again, that doesn't mean I'm saying he has none at all.

I.e He's not an overly smart fighter, he's not a guy who beats his opponents by out-thinking them, he's not guy with a very high Ring IQ, I've said he's a guy who uses his physical tools more than he does his mental ones (Not that he entirely uses those physical tools).

Do I think Pacquaio would be as succesful as he has been without his incredible physcial ability and talent? No I don't. I also don't think he would be if that's all he had aswell.

I think it's more of a case of if someone's says a guy isn't smart in the ring that equals to them saying they're a dumb fighter.

It's like saying if a guys not fast it means he's slow.

my last post regarding this becaue u're not making any sense. its like u're saying he doesnt beat his opponent by out thinking them. so how do u beat someone if u dont out smart them? by using ur physical tools? then that means he's thinking thats why he knows when to switch it up. and i used that marquez comparison because i knew u guys wouldnt be able to give me a straight answer about it. u guys based manny's ring smart on the marquez fight saying he couldnt adjust, etc.
