No Khan was cheated,cheated into a loss I can see but not out of a win. Any situation where one boxer is found to have taken PEDs or used loaded gloves should be made a no contest and offender punished. I don't see where you get the cheated out of a win bit from,cheated and the bout declared nul and void as far as the record is concerned.
