      100% yes. Although Leonard wasn't at his best anymore he saw that Hagler wasn't as well

        An inactive, smaller fighter who had been dropped in his last fight goes against the undisputed middleweight champion of the world is hardly a cherry pick. Leonard saw himself in the ring with Hagler during one of Hagler's fights and thought he could win and he did just that.

          Marvellous Marvin's mistake was to wanna box with Leonard instead of going at him.Maybe father time had caught up and he couldn't.But when he came out for the first round not in his usual stance, showed a lack of confidence NOT surprise.
