I dont like Marquez-Alvarado. I would have preferred Provo instead. Provo's aggressiveness and Marquez' counter punching style would make it a very exciting fight. And Marquez can definitely beat Provo and vise versa.

Marquez will probably lose to Alvorado, he's done as an elite level fighter.

Only biased and ignorant "fans" say Tim "schooled" JMM

Nacho and JMM understand that deep inside too.

        Bradley-JMM 1

Final numbers: (landed/thrown = percentage of accuracy)

        Jabs
        Bradley: 82/337 = 24.33%
        Marquez: 38/169 = 22.48%

        Power punches
        Bradley: 86/225 = 38.22%
        Marquez: 115/286 = 40.20%

        Totals: Jabs + Power Punches
        Bradley: 168/562 = 29.89%
        Marquez: 153/455 = 33.62%

THAT IS NOT a "schooling" by any means.

        It was a split decision.

The judge who favored the aggressive, power-punching, more accurate boxer, chose JMM

The two judges who favored the less aggressive, jabbing, super-defensive, less accurate boxer, chose Bradley

So, being "schooled" is a synonym to not being able to KTFO a super-defensive --or let's say it bluntly, COWARDLY-- adversary? Yeah right.

no problem at all with him facing Alvarado
but stop with this 5 title crap, he wasn't a legit JWW titlist
wishing he'd just retire, it ****** seeing Bradley take advantage of him
Same goes for Pacquiao. When he moved up divisions. He fought the weakest link of all the champs. He basically fought paper champs. Never taking on the lenial champ of the division or defend most belts. So get outta here with that 8 division crap. Marquez put him to sleep and he's the one who has to retire. Pacquiao fights a guy taylord made for him to look good and know he's back to his old self? Gtfoh. The Alvarado fight is nothing more than a tune-up for Marquez.

If it's really about a title, Marquez should go to Golden Boy and fight Porter or fight for the IBO strap.

But, we all know it isn't hence fighting Mike Alvarado at a catchweight.

He's hoping Bradley beats Pacquiao so he can fight Bradley again, even though he won't get the decision even if he wins.

Diaz was at least on par with Juan Diaz and Katsidis. Fedchenko is a level below.

People are delusional in this topic ruslan gets laid out flat by Marquez. Ruslan gets picked apart and dissected it's not even funny. Ruslan brings nothing to the table for Marquez, come on clowns nothing about ruslan is going to add to Marquez legacy or Alvarado for that matter. Both of them are tune ups fights.
