Provo is a legit champ at 140. Do you not understand?? He held his own against a top 10 p4p fighter and he literally 'broke the will' of a strong jr. welter contender.

JMM has no credible claim on being a 140lb champ. He beat Fedchenko who was only a #4 ranked contender. And when he was being called out by real jr welterweight contenders in Rios and Khan,...he bailed.

You are just blindly ignoring the truth. All I'm saying is that by beating a legit champ, he'd solidify his status at 140. Beating Likar Ramos and Fedchenko doesn't do it for a lot of us.

I might be wrong too but marquez fought katsidis at 135 for a full fledge title,then marquez moved up to 140 and fought fedchenko for an interim belt...
