It will fail on ppv,if gbp knows wuts in there best interest to maximixe profits they will put a quadruple header card together on showtime championship boxing,i mean if you dont have showtime as a subscription you could probably buy it as a 25.00 ppv if you have dish or directv...they would get more revenue doing it that way,i believe.

I'm not so sure that the PPv will fail.. It may not be a hugeblockbuster but I think it would do 200-300k buys..
Hopkins vs a big power puncher is always good business ie Tito, pavlik,tarver
People either wanna see Hopkins finally get ko'd or see him turn back the clock once again and put on an execution.. Either way they are gonna watch
And considering Hopkins will be nearly 50 and Adonis is the lineal champ, so much history to hype and market,, I don't see how this couldn't be a big fight on par with serg-cottoComment

Wtf are you complaining about???your just a fan watching the product,they aint out there to please you...you need to stop being a fake fan,if you have a passion for boxing you woudnt care so much about the biggest fights in your mind happening,let the fights marinate and if the so called big fights happen then so be it,if not stfu and dont watch..youll be sorry the next day when you hear it was a great fight and your stuberness kept you from watching it....im so sick and tired of these so called hardcore boxing fans shiating on good fights,i think you would serve better talking about this on facebook or *******...Comment

Maybe it was a little dirty because there was already a verbal agreement. But why didn't HBO match Showtimes offer? I don't get it. Who are they throwing their money at. GG is putting up huge numbers yet he can't get a decent contender because HBO is being stingy with the funds.Comment
