we also saw pacquiao can still rev up the engine to the max in the 4th marquez fight before he got caught.

pacquiao chooses whether to push the pace or just ride it

Your name suits your right OP, FOOL is correct you are foolish to think Pacman hasn't declined at all. He also got soft when he became a born again christian he started saying things like Boxing is not for killing.

He has pulled his punches too, if you notice he doesn't loud up as much, he gets bored in the ring and he doesn't have the same stamina. He has a young man style and he is an older man now, in the Rios fight he looked tired to me. He stopped punching mid flurry a lot of times, he pulled back for some reason. The old Pac when a guy would get hit with a hard shot from him and they tried to smile pacman would hit them with another combo before they could reset and compose themselves, this Pacman backs off. He doesn't have the hunger or killer instinct.

Things you must know first he has slowed down, his chin is glass, and his power is overrated. And he also set high expectations when he had that amazing run.

That is what I noticed too, and that is the sign of a shot fighter they can no longer get full extension on their shots. Watch that Lucian Bute fight his last one against Pascal, Lucian had a similar thing he could barely move his arms he couldn't get any type of power going and he couldn't pull the trigger, Pacman is similar but he will throw a combo and than instead of continuing like he used to he backs off. Sometimes he will just push his punches like you said like Bute was doing to Pascal, Pacman is done. He no longer was able to punch through he was pushing his punches I am glad you noticed this too in the rios fight.

Slim to none? what about the overhand right that dropped Manny? JMM landed that punch many times in the 4 times they fought. If they fight again Pacman will just keep getting hit with the same straight right and over hand right and left hooks and upper cuts by Marquez.

Marquez just has the style to give him trouble. Because Marquez punches with Pacman and has faster combos than Manny so he out trades him in flurries.

Pacquiao will stop Bradley. He knows he has to because he hasn't signed a contract extension.

I believe that he hasn't declined because of the Marquez performance mainly, and because of the fact that he seemingly is still growing as a fighter, as was demonstrated by the way he added a new string to his bow in the Rios fight, using pure boxing to win. For me, the main reason behind the lack of knock outs is the increasing weight and durability of his opponents. Shane Mosley was never stopped until the Mundine aberration, Rios was 160lbs and very durable, Bradley never been stopped.

Manny will whoop Bradley to within an inch of his life and stop him in the 9th, so it is written.

Pac's legs, speed, stamina, balance, and killer instinct are all noticeably lesser and he got KO'd badly...how the fuck is his decline "over-exaggerated?"

Uhm, Pac DESTROYED Rios. Rios just rehydrated to a high level and was pretty much a light heavyweight. All that didn't happen was a KO.
