Canelo will be the new Catch Weight King. He's too big for WW and JMW but he's too small for MW.

Eventually he's going to have to move up but I don't think it will be any time soon.

              160 Canelo v.:
              1. Martinez: LOSS TKO10
              2. Golovkin: LOSS KO4
              3. Sturm: LOSS UD
              4. Geale: LOSS UD
              5. Quillin: LOSS TKO8 or WIN MD
              6. Murray: LOSS UD/MD
              7. Macklin: LOSS UD/MD
              8. Rubio: WIN SD/MD or LOSS SD/MD
              9. Andy Lee: LOSS UD
              10. Mora: LOSS UD/MD
              11. N'Dam: LOSS UD/MD
              12. Stevens: LOSS KO3 or WIN UD
              13. Vera: WIN UD/MD or Loss MD

I think at 5'7 he's too short and short-armed, most of the guys listed are between 6'0-5'10 (Andy Lee is 6'2). He also has a poor workrate.

Canelo should stay at 154 for a year and maybe move to 160 during the summer of 2015 which should give him plenty of time to move up a weight class.

I think Canelo can compete with anybody on GBP roster at 160.

I think he can beat them all. I can only see him losing to Martinez if Martinez is on his slick A game, and being very crafty.

I think he's stronger then the rest of them(and Martinez as well), and that will be enough to beat the other (slower) guys such as Quillen, Golovkin, etc.
