A poster named PBP feels that GGG belongs in the top 10 P4P list because of how good he is hypothetically. ESPN put GGG at #8 and I disagreed, PBP says he belongs there.

Imagine that, hypothetical wins get you in the top 10 P4P. Forget Carl Froch, Danny Garcia, Canelo Alvarez, etc. who all have better wins. Even Wlad was put below GGG. They hype turned into a joke basically.

Did Golovkin say he was the best from 154-168? I thought he just said he'd fight anybody in that weight range. Martinez does deserve a tuneup/money fight. Hopefully afterwards he fights Golovkin.

that's a pretty big spanish site for boxing and he's almost never mentioned. Cotto vs Martinez has been well over 90% of the news they've been reporting.
GGG just isn't on the radar in that part of the world

Actually Sergio lost to Martin Murray imo. At worst the fight was a draw. So right now GGG is the top MW in my eyes especially if no other champ is willing to step up and face him.

Just got through rewatching Cotto's greatest hits. Yeah, Martinez is going to destroy him. Martinez will make Pacquiao's punches feel like taps. After Cotto, Martinez should fight Golovkin. As good as Golovkin has looked recently, in his entire professional career, he has never faced a fighter on Martinez's level. Should be interesting.

Last time I checked Ward said HBO was force feeding us with GGG... and that he had ZERO problem fighting him. And we still haven't heard anything from his squad yet.

Ward is tied up in legal papers. GGG isnt going to stop his career waiting.
