Even with Guerrero last year you had some people predicting Ghost could pull the upset. I have yet to see anyone go out on a limb and say that Maidana has a real chance.
The media the casuals will be seeing and hearing will all be saying the same thing.
If this fight does better numbers than Guerrero Golden Boy will have earned its $$$ and then some.

Floyd is a funny guy sometime. His video of him calling himself a coward crack me up everytime , he litterally almost cried trying to defend his cowardness. If I didn't know who Floyd was I would think people were trying to make him fight a lion or something in that video.

no one is going to buy this shotime. Shotime is going to lose a lot of money with this ppv. the undercard is not that great.

Wouldnt a fan of any boxer--and the sport--want their guy to take on the toughest challenges? This is what baffles me about fanboys.

Did Floyd really call himself a coward? Context and logic is something you guys need to use.

Any boxer has a chance in the ring, and if Maidana caches Floyd or any other human being with the right shot he's going down. That being said, Floyd chose him for a reason and he avoids other certain fighters for some other reasons as well. We all know that. I hope Maidana is insipired+lucky and pulls it off. And yes, he does have a real chance, not a favorite but in my opinion he's got a much better chance than Guerrero, Cotto and even canelo, who was so damn respectful he didnt even throw punches in there, trying to outthink Floyd. Maidana said he respects Floyd a lot because of who he is, but that once they are both in the ring he will have no respect for him whatsoever. I like that attitude.

Interesting point of view. Maidana is relentless, awkward, and strong. If he can land clean (and that's a big if), he can hurt Mayweather.
