    Was the Pemberton/Manfredo fight fixed???

That wasn't the real Scott Pemberton, it was somebody else. Like the other thread mentioned, he looked like a complete bum. I can't believe that was the same guy who was able to outbox Lacy for some moments in their fight.

I hope I'm wrong but that fight seemed really fixed to promote The Contender 2. Just imagine if people will still tune in to that show if Manfredo was knocked out, just think about it.

Calling out Iceman Scully, was that the real Pemberton?

thats what i thought at first but i think it was just pemberoton had taken 2 much damage in previouse fights. i though it could be "contender" trying to get a guy in the top 10

I cannot believe anybody would actually point out times that Pemberton may have landed one or two jabs vs Lacy and call it outboxing...you must REALLY love him...

I like the guy, but his time is over...felt bad after his last two fights...I wish he could have held a world title

The fight wasn't fixed, Pemberton's just shot. Good performance for Manfredo. I don't think he should stay at 168 or even 160 in all honesty. I think he should drop back to 154.
