Definitely overrated and it's not like he's being ducked as hard as GGG is. Not even close, but people still defend Thurman for some reason.

I've had this theory that Thurman was GBP ace in the hole, their long term investment compared to Broner who is a short term investment, may as well pimp him for what its worth kind of deal.

You have got to be f.uckin' kiddin' me. Is Thurman overrated? Yes. But he's only overrated by the We Hate Floyd pop clubbers that overrated everybody at or around the welterweight division that they can b1tch about Floyd "ducking."

That said, the GGG comparison is ridiculous. Thurman is 25, had a limited amateur background with no international experience. Plus, he's only been a pro what, 5-6yrs? Where GGG had a decorated amateur career, he's 32yrs old, and been a pro nearly a decade. And Thurman's resume is arguably better than GGG's.

thought somebody said he was fighting Lucas?
anyway, Maidana will be open after he gets beat by Floyd
would love to see Thurman face Broner if Broner doesn't go back to 140
and Alexander the twat is welcome only in a fight he'd be KO'd in
Thurman is that fight, feed the twat to Thurman

QUOTE=-Kev-;14302030]I like Thurman but I want to see him fight better opponents. He has fought very tough, durable C fighters in Karass, Chaves, Zaveck and Quintana but now I want to see him against solid B fighters. I know he's willing to fight any one, even the elites, but i'd like to see him fight a B fighter. Alexander is a solid B guy, Porter is out there, Malignaggi. Collazo and Lopez may not be B fighters but I would rate them as B- and better than C.[/QUOTE]

Alexander is a B level??? Who is A level then?? Names please????
