It is discretionary; The referee could have disqualified Mayweather for Roger's intervention, but he could have also disqualified Zab Judah for two blatant and deliberate fouls. Regarding the Castillo fight, people have a tendency to put too much stock into their outlook on the fight; it was a close fight that could have gone either way.

So to answer you question. He could have 2 losses on his resume, but that doesn't mean they should be there.

When we are retroactively assigning losses to fighters for fouling and poor decisions where do we stop? I have now officially DQ'd Wlad from every fight he excessively held in. I have now undone every poor decision on JMM's record he now holds three wins and a draw with Pacquiao. One of those wins being a Pacquiao DQ for illegally hitting a downed opponent. Erislandry Lara is now undefeated. The scorecards now show Donaire going life and death with Mathebula in a gritty 115-113 win and have him losing every round to Rigo, because it was an illegal hit on the break so the KD doesn't count. I think I'm going to go ahead and declare the Phantom Punch a slip as well.

DQ is not really an L. The ref let Judah get away with 2 penalties that could have been DQ worthy, but obviously everyone is left salty at a fight ending on that note.

The Castillo fight was close, but I'll take Mayweather's head work over Castillo's body work. Castillo was getting to the body and cutting the ring off better than anyone I've ever seen against Mayweather, but a lot of those shots were glancing off his elbows.

That is not the point, the point is some fighters are more protected than others and get the beneficial decisions in their favour.
Mayweather goes down as if he was shot from the lowblow yet Lomachenko takes dozens of them yet he still stands up through the pain and carries on fighting?
Perhaps you need to go to acting school to be a P4P 1 fighter aswell.

Look. I'm an honest Floyd fan. I have absolutely no problem with anyone who scored a W for Jose Luis Castillo. Its perfectly reasonable.

But any other fight on his resume is complete nonsense, trolling and hating.

                What about Lomachenko though?
Alot of the shots were bashing off his nuts, knee and thigh yet nobody gave him the benefit of the doubt?

Just saying If that was Floyd taking those shots It'd of been a different story put up instead of "veteran move by Salido".

So now you're faulting Mayweather for going down because of a low blow?

Clearly got an agenda, get over it.

the low blow was deliberate and the punch to the back of the head was. I don't see you pressing any pressure on zab for for that?

It was wrong to do what Zab done but overreacting is overreacting no other way to put it.

If the referee does his job right and the other people on the side are being professional about the fight that issue inside the ring wouldn't of happened.
