So this is the specific thing he was convicted for was
    http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/stat...tutes/948/02/2

Least scummy scenario is that Molina could have been 16 and the girl was 15. The statute doesn't say that any force or violence is required like the other quoted stuff posted here. Could have simply been two consensual teenagers.
Well how can they charge anybody with that?

Completely uninfromed blabbbering. Just like I pointed out in my post. ***ual assault can be completely consensual, and by law in Wisconsin, ***ual assault could be consensual *** between a 15 and 16 year old.

I don't know what happened, and neither do you dip****. That's exactly what I said.

Why is reading comprehension so low on this forum?

As far as what Molina did, who knows. But based on him pleading no contest I'm thinking statutory ****. Based on my legal awareness I'm thinking that's what it was. I'm no fan of Molina but I think a lot of u are jumping the gun here.

Thank you... some of these people trying to give Molina the benefit of the doubt and comes up with the BEST case scenario.
I tend to go with the WORST case scenario when things like ***ual assault on a child are being thrown around.

That's because you lack even a simple understanding of law.

whatever he did probably wasn't right. At the same time no one knows what happened in this situation. People are bashing this dude before knowing all the facts. You are the first one that has shown some kind of backup toward his case. This happened at least 12 years ago maybe longer. If he deserves time and was wrong in any way he will get his. But people need to let everything play out and it will all come out and we will know the real truth.
