    Definitely.

    He's already arguably there now.

If he beats Pacquaio convincingly he's definitely #2.

Who else would be above him other than Mayweather? Certainly not Ward.

It's hard to ignore Ward's dominance even with his inactivity/ decent wins recently.
I don't understand how you can use that word as plural followed by the word "Recently".

I think that would be quite the poor decision.

And yet Mosley was top 5 in all the ratings. And feel free to make a poll, Marg vs Guerrero, Ortiz, Maidana, Broner, Paulie, Khan lol. Marg gets 90% of the vote vs any of those guys. None can probably go the distance

He's p4p #1 but unfortunately this Bradley character thinks he has to bow down to Mayweather or something because he's constantly downplaying himself to up Floyd.

I wouldn't like to say straight up yes or no, but if Manny looks good and impressive but Tim still wins convincingly and legitimately, he should be considered for sure.

Tim Bradley will be #2 on my list and i'm a huge Andre Ward fan. just call it like I see it. the storm is more deserving of the spot, especially when he whoops on Manny again. Tim Bradley easily has one of the better resumes in the game today hands down. Haters Gonna Hate! collect them checks Bradley.

He does have a top resume, but whoop on Manny AGAIN? What fight were you watching?
