rios pretty much begging for the provodnikov fight. he's like khan, all bark no bite. his style only works against flat footed fighters. it does make for an entertaining show but his career would be short lived. the dude should be thankful to get any fight at this point. i also don't think he can make 140 anymore. maybe he ought to try 154

Provo has about as much defensive game as Rios. Which is basically none. Provo may very well beat his ass but he'll get served up his fair share of punishment as well.
