i really feel that have power is nothing unless you can land it. Them big looping left hooks Maidana was tagging Broner are not going to land on floyd.

Has everyone forgotten the Devon fight? Like really. Midana hasnt fought a boxer/mover since Alexander, thats why he hasnt lost.

This is really easy work for floyd.

I'd rather watch Floyd/Maidana than Floyd/Guerrero. At least with Maidana there's the slim prospect of a home run shot. Guerrero was never going to knock out Floyd or outbox him. How much did Guerrero get for that fight to be a sparring partner?

        That wasn't the question though.

Guerrero literally had no shot even if he landed a big punch. However, if Maidana somehow lands a big shot he can change things. That's the difference. Robert had absolutely no shot, but Maidana has a punchers chance.

Also you really can't compare Alexander to Mayweather. Devon looked to punch and smother all night, that isn't Floyd's game. He will draw Maidana in and then counter and move once he avoids Maidana's shots. Devon never allowed Chino to apply his pressure or really get off his punchers. However, Floyd will actually allow him to come forward and throw. Even if Maidana doesn't land anything, it will at least be more exciting/eventful than the Alexander fight.

Hell no. Guerrero slow as ****. Maidana, when he throws those bombs theres a lot of velocity in them. Guerrero fights like he is in slow motion.

I think people will be surprised. Awkwardness gives slick fighters problems. Fighters who have no rhythm are incredibly hard to time, and Floyd's defense is based on fighting a guys timing.

Maidana doesn't give a **** he will throw punches from awkward angles, off balances, all kinds of places where Floyd is use to feeling safe.

Guerrero was slightly a bigger mismatch. Both have good work rate. I just feel Maidana's power makes him more dangerous than Guerrero. Plus with Maidana you know he's gonna leave it all in the ring.

                  Yup.

It sure is. The Ghost is a better fighter than Maidana but they are both C Level fighters. Maidana was out boxed by an under-sized and old Morales. Remember that Morales's eye was closed in the first round. He also lost to Alexander. Say what you want about Khan, but at least he lost to an A Level fighter in Garcia and it was a punch to the neck that ended it. He didn't even get punched on the chin. Khan barely beat Maidana BUT he beat him and it wasn't that long ago. He also crushed MM with a body shot that had him whaling on the canvas in pain. All of you hype boys can disappear because MM doesn't even have a puncher's chance.

Even if Floyd was with HBO he wouldn't dare face some of those that you mentioned ..... and if my memory serves me right , Floyd used to fight at HBO and there were some names that you have listed that called Floyd out and was not part of TR ..... YET, Floyd quietly avoided that fight!!!!

Please STOP with them excuses. Floyd always says that he is his own boss. Well, if that is true then you have to blame the boss not his employees!!!
