How did he expect his elderly mother to pay those taxes when his ass isnt willing to get a job to cover the fees yet he expects his aging mother to do it LMFAO> GTFOH.

Property tax is not expensive at all, but he let it pile up so much no one fault but his own cause he had to known this fact BECAUSE the house is under his name or else he wouldent have been able to evict his mother.

You must be a moocher yourself or something for you to support this type of ****ery.Last edited by -PBP-; 02-27-2014, 11:36 PM.

anyways back to the topic.
See he gave his mother a house as a gift, but because of his own selfess reasons he takes out 2 mortgages against it for whatever personally reason now he cant repay it but its his poor mothers fault. OKAy.

He has SIX other siblings and not one of them could chip in ANYTHING? One of his siblings has a son that plays in the NFL. Where is he at? What about the entire families that were living in that house and didn't bother to pay a dime towards the mortgages or the property taxes?
How the hell do you have a house with a mother, two kids, their spouses and their kids, and NOBODY has money to help pay for the taxes? This is insane. A guy on a boxing trainer salary is supposed to support all of these people?

In the words of Whitaker's lawyer, “It’s sad for him to have to take action against his mother, but none of the family would contribute to the real estate and he had no alternative but to use the court process.” Does that sound like people are mooching off him or not? Maybe "Pea's" siblings are the ones that ought to find a job.

Maybe They Can Move In With Olympian Teammate Evander Holyfield?
Oh yeah, he lost his house too. These guys are unbelievable. File bankruptcy before you boot your mom out. What a deadbeat. Whitaker, Holyfield, Rid**** Bowe, all broke and you think about how much they made!!!

A man has to do what a man has to do. Pernell is not the devil, he just got into a financial bind. I've seen rich guys fire mom and dad for not working hard enough, now that's bad. I like the pension idea. Let's say 20 pro fights and you can apply for subsistence, aid when you're strapped. 30 fights full pension with adjustments for every 5 fights there after. Get the money off the top on all shows, an extra dollar on tickets and ppvs, an assessment for the retired fighter's pension fund.

So I turn 50, I'm looking to budget and simplify my life and cut costs, and I ask them for help with housing costs and they say no? After all I've done for them. Giving them a life that they could only dream of by enduring 8 week training camps and getting in the ring with champions like Julio Cesar Chavez and Azumah Nelson.
Please. I'm about to private message some Boxingscene posters and ask them if they can pay my mortgage, insurance and taxes since they seem to be such charitable citizens.
