Maybe I'm crazy. A house that I own and purchased as a gift for my mother is housing two entire families who contribute nothing? Hell no. I would never let that fly for a day let alone 30 years. His brother is 32 years old and his sister is 47.

So I turn 50, I'm looking to budget and simplify my life and cut costs, and I ask them for help with housing costs and they say no? After all I've done for them. Giving them a life that they could only dream of by enduring 8 week training camps and getting in the ring with champions like Julio Cesar Chavez and Azumah Nelson.

Please. I'm about to private message some Boxingscene posters and ask them if they can pay my mortgage, insurance and taxes since they seem to be such charitable citizens.

This is why Boxing somehow needs better regulation where all fighters purse have some type of pension deducted from there salary. Many fighters are badly mismanaged ,it sad but its probably going to happen to Pac ,the guy doesn't have a clue to what's going on.

Stopped reading after this. The owner of the house is whoever's name is on the title. If your name is on the paperwork and your signature is on the purchase contract you can do whatever the **** you want to do with it.

Perhaps you're just missing the most salient fact of this case: The house would've been seized by the government if the taxes weren't paid! Whitaker is in dire straights. He can't afford to pick up the tab any more. His mom and his mooching siblings would've been out on the street anyway, except Pernell would've lost all the money he invested in the house.
