easy work for lara ... tbh I don't see him getting any decent fights at 154 floyd won't go near him in a million years and I doubt canelo will either. perhaps if he moved up to 160 he might be able to land something

Well from GBP's view they have to do something with their guys (Smith is with Maywether but that is pretty much like JMM is Zanfear and Top Rank), Smith and Lara are not the most desirable options they have but both are still ranked at 154 so it is better to do something with them than nothing at all.

It is not like they are holding a gun to Lara's head to take this fight, I would say it would be better for May 3rd even if it is a suspect action fight I would rather have it on the PPV than eating up regular budget.

Lara just needs to bide his time and he will get his chance as long as he keeps winning, he will eventually a best option for a truly quality fighter.
