It's more to do with Lara being too patient, and there will only be so few moments for him to capitalize on if he fights Floyd. The match would be 2 counter punchers having a few windows of opportunity to connect, and I'd give Floyd the edge in that department.

Maidana is intriguing because he throws the rhythm of that type of fight off. He comes forward, and can be more unpredictable than a Lara type.

Maidana is a swing and miss fighter who will be countered till he gets tko'd or his corner throws in the towel

lara is a pure boxer, who has many advantages over floyd, and ur over here trying to convince me a guy totally outclassed by devon can pose a bigger threat to floyd than a guy who can work at floyds pace, has a reach advantage and can counter and is bigger than floyd...Lara isnt Canelo, he can get busy when he wants to
