I've seen Burns multiple times. He sux. There's a reason why he ducked Adrien Broner twice. He's not a good fighter.

The actual reason Burns turned down the offer to fight Broner in the states was that he knew he could earn a lot more money defending his title at home.
He signed a contract for a unification fight with IBF champ Miguel Vazquez instead, but Vazquez "ducked" out of that contract for the same reason Burns didn't want to fight Broner. He said the money wasn't good enough.
