And SRR beat around 20 top fighters.
Rigo is not an ATG. And, sadly, he may never get the chance to exercise that potential. He started his pro career too late, and his activity is too low. He would have to fight like five times a year, versus awesome competition, in order to even have a chance. It's not happening. He's 33 already, in a division where fighters get old quick. Guillermo might have three or four good years left, if he's lucky.

Do you see Lomo beating 20 top fighters in, say, the ten or so years he has left in him? He would have to fight at least four times a year to even make that possible. Guys just don't do that anymore. There was a time when men like Robinson fought four times in two months.

Against very mediocre opponents. Lets face it top sparring partner are tougher fights than many of them.

3 fights a year 2 of them against the cream, will put him their.

Do you consider Donaire an ATG?

I don't think Donaire will ever be an ATG.

Do you think it's realistic to expect Lomo to fight two "cream of the crop" fighters a year for the rest of his career? And even if he did, are they likely to rank him above SRR? No.

What do you class as an ATG and how many of them did SRR fight. List them.

Geez, bro.... An ATG is a boxer who has an extensive resume of wins over other great fighters, often other ATGs and HOFers. Their quality is always outstanding over their contemporaries and favorable amongst their historical peers.

Ray beat guys like Armstrong (the likes of which Lomo will never see), Gavilan (another guy Vasyl isn't likely to see someone like) and LaMotta. There are HOFers like Olson, Basilio and Fullmer that Robinson has wins over. These are just some of the names that stand out amongst many other quality fighters. The fights Ray lost were mostly late in his very long career.

A hypothetical question taking place where you question if a boxer could be as great as Sugar Ray Robinson... is down right unrealistic this day and age and down right disrespectful to the man Sugar Ray Robinson putting his name with someone with 1 pro fight. ..
