Looks to me like a jab counter knocked Deontay Wilder almost through the ropes. House ref doesn't call it though.

I'm just using common sense. You see the jab thrown as a counter and it sends Wilder backwards. The right misses but the left has done the damage.

Seemed like Wilder just had poor balance from throwing wild/bad technique shots and ended up going down from his own movement. Looked like maybe the jab from the fat guy landed just before but the right hand missed.

Sad to think that guy put 50lbs within 6 months of this fight considering he was already so fat. The dude in your av has a far bigger natural frame but even out of shape he's not 450lbs.

The jab doesn't send him backwards because he finishes throwing his right hand. He flies backwards because he has to avoid the right hook that's coming back at him while his right leg is crouched very low which limits his ability to reset his feet.
