The best wins Provo or Rios have are against Alvarado, these are B level fighter that bring a lot of entertainment to the sport and that's it.
many people are acting like Provo is undestructible just because Bradely fought him out of his comfort zone and Provo looked good.
Believe when I say that Provo's management want nothing to do with Rios right now, especially after tough fights against Bradely and Alvarado, it's too much risk and little reward for Provo.
