Ruslan ducking Rios I Predicted this.

What happened to Ruslan tweets saying he wants to fight rios and this and that lol, now all of a sudden he cant fight, Rios said he will make 140, if his ass drains himself that on him? He comes over you get paid more, Rios has proved over and over he will try his hardest to make the weight.

Ruslan the Duck, He knows he gots some easy lucky fights in 2013, you beat someone Rios stopped inside of 7 rounds you took the damaged version and took you 10 rounds.

Man when would these ******* man, up? who else he going to fight that going to make any buzz, this is like the time Marquez turned down pac to go fight chris john for 50 bucks just to lose lol.

RIOS already confirmed he can make 140 for this fight:

And they can meet somewhere in the middle. Do a 143-144 catchweight and get the fight done. It won't affect either.

My ducking senses are tingling and they are usually right. I refuse to believe Ruslan is scared but I do believe they are having second thoughts about this fight. Maybe they don't think it is the ideal fight to follow up the war he fought against Alvarado... Who knows but I am sure they are not sure about Rios as an immediate opponent.

WISE On Rios' Part; He Doesn't Need Train Wrecked By Provo

Rios doesn't want to fight Provo. Provo won the title at 140 from Alvarado, and he wants to defend it there; there's nothing wrong with that... that's credible. Provo already gave Bradley the beatdown of his life at 147, so it matters not to Provo where he fights, but now that he has a title at 140 why not defend it there? Had the judges gotten the decision right with Bradley fight, Provo would be defending at 147. Marquez wisely chose not to fight Provo. Matthysee, Alexander, Judah, Boner, Guerrero... none of those guys want another loss, so they won't be fighting Provo. Danny Garcia wants one more fight he says at 140, so why not throw your title on the table, and man up to Provo with his title on the table as well. Danny said himself he wants one more fight at 140 before going to '47, so there you go. Don't take some tomato can, fight Provo with both your belts at stake.

ruslan knows he doesnt have the output of Rios to survive that fight!! no doubt in my mind he is stopped in that fight!

his "calling out" of the 40yr old coming off a loss was a sham

Rios Won't Fight For Provo's 140 Belt? Then Fight Thurman At 147!!!

Rios can't get to 140, then fight at 147. Fight Thurman at 147! Fight Robert Guerrero at 147! Rios is a lost fighter, with lots of fans, and he's going nowhere in Boxing. He should never have fought Pacquiao. Who can he fight... he's beaten NOBODY!!! Let me say that again... Rios has beaten NOBODY!!! He needs to start over and fight the Lamont Petersons, or Berto, or Matthysee, or Thurman, or Soto-Karass, or Guerrero, or Alexander... I don't see him beating ANY of those I just mentioned. And Pacquiao just showed Rios is a looooooong ways away from the top level fighters in the game today.
